Having very itchy scalp and is getting hairfall very often has tried many products but my hair density is very less how can i regrow my hair as before plz hlp

I have started experiencing hair loss post covid almost 2 months after recovery. I have consulted a local derma and he has suggested me Menoxidil and few tablets. Why do i have very small white puss filled acne around me nose, specially in humid weather. I have open pores around nose. I dont know what mosturizer to use because I have combination skin type so I am scared of acne breakouts and leave my skin without any moisturizer after washing face.
