Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hello Doctors, I am suffering from the foot skin problems from last 2 years and had many treatment with allopathic, Ayurveda, as well home remedies. But many doctors not able pick it correct. I would like to know what exactly is the name of this problem.I had treatment from Safdarjung hospital as well but not able to get cured. This was started very small size but it's increase month by month.

I use Qsera hair serum after bath and minoxidil at the bed time...and also I take Finax 1 mg on daily basis... Is that all for regrowth of hair

Are glucathione tablets effective ?if yes then which one ?do they help to improve skin texture and help to brighten skin ?

Greetings I have recently got operated for extraction and removal of wisdom teeth. I got prescribed augmentin 625 and Aceclofenac(zerodol sp tab). Dosage as attached in the image. After the 2nd day of prescribed dosage skin rash appeared itchy all over the body. Chest arms back shoulders every where started to itch with tiny pops. How to stop itchiness.

My friend had genetial warts in 2019 , she got all cleared by October. she got treated and some of them she pricked herself. It was all clear then . Till now there is no warts. Is there anyone chance that it can come back ? Because she is getting married .

My friend's hair is very thin and her scalp is broad,  clearly visible. Her father hair  is same too . Is there any chance that she can grow thick hair and less visible scalp.  Is there any supplements . Can genetically very thin hair be thickened . Sometimes this lower her self confidence.
