Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I had covid on April now I've tremendous hair fall. It feels like I'm going to be bald. I'm 20 yrs old. Kindly reply what should I do? I'm quite worried.

I recently shaved my hear and i can see some areas of my head show white dots or white patch specially in the middle and i do have itching issues . Basically there is uneven scalp with white dots . Is it some kind of infection. Will it affect my hair growth or will it lead to some else problems. I had suffered from dengue before two years around September of 2019 since then i do have suffered from dandruff issues not that severe but it is continued from then ,is it because of that. Also i have recently used organic shampoo of biotic which immediately used to dry my scalp and make my hair hard , unable to be combed ,is it because of that. Also i do always have itchy scalp . The patches are not that severe but white dots all over the middle part of scalp and on those dots there is hair growth

I have had a few episodes of dyshidrotic eczema in the past, specially during seasonal changes. The itching and the blisters were limited to my palm and sole areas. Usually without any medication, it used to subside after 2 to 3 weeks. However, this time, the eczema came later than expected, there are fewer blisters in my palm and sole, but there are severe itching and rashes in my limbs and in a few places of my back and abdomen. There are no blisters in other parts though except for my palm and sole. The itching gets severe during night. It's been around 2 weeks already and it is not showing any indication of getting better. I wanted to know can dyshidrotic eczema spread to other parts of the body? Is the appearance of blisters mandatory? Since I am confused as to whether the rashes on my limbs are actually eczema or not. And is there any over the counter medicines that I can use? Thanks in advance..

Hello team I am currently on Predmet 4 medication due to my ulcer problem. But due to several medications i have am also going through a lot of hairfall due to which scalp patches are being visible. Due to hairfall my hair volume as reduced and now it's only 25% what it was before i have done haircuts twice or thrice. Taken hairbless medicine for regrowth of hair but nothing is working. Im male 34, weighing 66kgs and height 5.7. Im trying find solutions for Hair thinning or how to increase hair volume naturally without any sideeffects. I have always have a good mixture of Protein, Fruits, Leafy vegetables and only indulge in Junk once in a while. I also workout sometimes in a month or week. I consume 2L of water everyday. Have lots of dry fruits ( apricot, nuts, dates) not sure what is the issue. Is it coz of haircut which was done at home by my mom at home or really hair thinning. It's not a major concern but I feel sometimes it is. Worried a lot. Please let me know by my photos. I also do oil Essential oil massage at night before I sleep. Not sure if it's because of the haircut that I did at home.
