If the vitiligo patch is on your foreskin or shaft and is not causing an issue you totally need not worry about it, as it doesn't spread from person to person. You can try repigmenting treatments like PUVA or NBUVB light therapy. If that's not responding you can opt simple surgical procedures like melanocyte transfer.
I would still recommend not to worry about it if the disease is stable
