Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I am facing hair fall problem even my fair is frizzy ni growth. I tried many home remedies but it work up till a week or 4 days then again same problem. Whenever I comb my hair will start to fall & no strength in roots bcoz without tangle hair will start to fall. Please help with this otherwise I will be bald.. Thank you in advance

I have hypothyroid last I checked 1 month it was 7 .8 my doctor prescribed to take eltroxin 50 tablet and I started taking its one month now I am taking eltroxin 50 tablet but I now I am suffering from excessive sweat from my face everyday I am depressed.In one month how my thyroid has changed and nobody checks thyroid blood test in 1 month so what to do

My face and upper neck are super dark compared to the rest of my body. Is there anything i can do to fix this? If treatments, which one and does it have side effects?

Hi Doctor, Can you please help me for my hair loss, I have long hairs and I tie them as braid or bun and from from last few months I was facing heavy hair fall so I went for the course of Perfectill for 90 days (One tab a day) and the results were good so I left after completion of 90 days course, but then after a gap of 1 month it again started... Now whenever I comb or shower or when I wake up in the morning I get bunches of hairs falling. Can u pls give some suggestion how can I save them? Thanks

I have a lot of acne scarring, some new ones appear approx once in a week or two but main problem is with the scarring. I also have a lot of strech marks (mainly white but some ending in purple or red as well) on my shoulders, waist, hip, breast and even on my thighs and a few new ones appearing on my stomach. I haven't gained or lost a lot of weight lately but due to other problems I have been suggested by a doctor to lose approximately 8 kgs. I am worried that this will only result in further strech marks. Please help me both prevent and better the existing strech marks and acne scars. (I also have Eczema but it's limited to my feet, just thought I'd mention here)
