Curved horizontal dent on both toe nail

I am 16 years old female weight 80kg.height 5'5 feet. Pcod patient and last year got pre diabetes. Sometimes I often get pain on my thighs and legs. Today I suddenly noticed a kind of cracked curved horizontal dent on my both toe nails . I don't know it's exact colour but it's kind of little gray and skin colour. Please tell me is it serious or what should I do?
