Horizontal ridges in toe nails
I have started to notice horizontal ridges on my toe nails since a few weeks.i am not sure that it was present before as I haven't observed it very much.
It is a cause for concern or is it normal.
I have attached the pictures

Its not much of concern. These are paronychia and maybe due to some underlying skin disorder which shouldnt be worried about until it comes.
Right now some multivitamins which have biotin can help. Best wishes
