Black horizontal line across the nose
Hello Dr.
What may be the cause of black horizontal line across the nose and black color on both the sides of nose? Right now i am applying kz cream 2x daily. My Dermotologist said it is due to dandruff and he asked to apply ketoconazole gel daily for a week. I am more concerned about the black line, please recommend a speedy way to recover from this.

Hi! You could be having some form of seborrhoeic dermatitis. Clinical photographs would have been helpful to suggest remedy.
