I cut my hand long back. There is scar on my hand. I want to get rid of it. Please suggest me if there is any way to get rid of it.

I could see my one side cheek always swellen compare to other. I was having wisdom tooth pain two months ago.. now there is no pain but still dentist has suggested for tooth extraction.. is this cheek swellen issue related with dental or something else?
