Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hi ,My Mom is 55 years old . She has dark circles and it seems they are permanent but I know there will be a cure . I would really be thankful if you can suggest me a suitable treatment within less budget for my mother of her age and that would be my best gift to her . Thank you :)

This happened from an injury , and it has been like that since a year ! Maybe it increased and spreaded a little around! Sometimes, very rarely it itches ! Also I have OCD , so I can't keep my hands off it ! I showed to a dermatologist and he gave me CLOBETASOL TENTOVATE , but it just made it dry scaly and more itchy, and also it lead to the birth of that small one beside it ! Help me !

I got hives (mildly itchy) after the first dose of covishield vaccination and it has persisted for the 5th week now. I am on antihistamines Allegra and Levocetrizine that have reduced the hives to 1 small hive a day. Can I take the second dose? I have to travel abroad so I need to be fully vaccinated. Please suggest.

Since 2 months i have been facing pigmentation of my buccal mucosa, initially it started in the right side but now it has started on left side too, also i have seen similar lesion below top lip as well. I have checked it physically by a dental surgeon, and ent, they're saying its physiological pigmentation and nothing to worry about but thing is i am getting worried as its kinda increasing in size, no tenderness though. I am not a smoker or tobacco user as well! Also i had been prescribed kenacort, caziq, dologel in past which did nothing but reduce the symptoms temporarily.. i am really worried :(. Also the only symptom is when sleep and the teeth rubs to that place, it feels a little rough. I want to exactly know why is it happening and is it treatable? I am worried because I don't want it to turn into some kind of cancer :(. Please help me sir/Ma'am

Purple color but no pain when pressed. Suddenly noticed today morning. No history of getting hurt there.

I have combination skin.. do get acne quite often which I eventually squeeze out ( I know I shouldn't) and they leave dark acne scars which stays there for quite a longer period of time.. I dnt go out in the sun still my skin is getting dull and tanned.. I have gone for peels and mnrf treatment along with medications bt couldn't find a permanent solution.. All I want is clear blemish free healthy skin.
