Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

From the last two months i have been suffering from extremely dry and scaly lips. Especially around the lining of the lips it is very dry and I am getting small bumps which are extremely itchy. Especially on my lower lip. tried all sorts of moisturizing balms but the lips are still dry. This issue has happened to me multiple times earlier also. It might be a reaction from a product too. But I am not quite sure.

Hi, I am having Thyroid for past 6 years . Consuming 100mcg thyronorm tablet everyday. Recent test result says my thyroid level is normal with medications.. but I'm experiencing hair thinning and hair fall .. little dandruff is also there..
