Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Since few days i have observed white spots which feels like dry dots when touched with finger, why is this happening? Is this fungal infection?

From the past 8 years I am facing severe hair fall Issue. Till now I didn't find permanent solution for hair. Still hair fall increasing almost 70% hair loss happend to me. Need emergency support for hair fall.

Lost almost 50 percent of hair in one month, completely dry hair and Getting oily after wash within 2 days. It gets tangled and coming out from the roots. Even on touch also it comes out from root. Not faced this kind of issue earlier. M not under any treatment and not taking any medicine. Having the proper diet but all off sudden started facing this issue. On oiling and shampoo , it feels like I ll lost all hair. Pls help to provide any solution.

I have got too many blemishes it's not acne .I am getting too many not it's not getting reduce. I have had Augmantin 625 mg and applied Clindamycin ointment.but it didn't reduce .
