Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I had a cyst in scalp,it got infected and there's swelling and pain.( Actually the headbumb was there from longtime ago but i never.felt it's presence untill few days back when it started paining and swelling due to use of trimmer and same place was struck on iron bed).I had applied warm washcloth but swelling hasn't stopped. If there's any way except surgery please let me know.

My mother-in-law has tiny boils clusters on her right thigh. Area around is painful. She has a history of skin problem like psoriasis and eczema and is diabetic too. Please refer to the picture. These clusters are at different places in the thigh. It came all of a sudden few days ago and is growing in size. Please suggest some remedy/ medicine as we can't visit dr due to covid situation here.
