Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hello everyone. I want yr valuable suggestions. I'm having brown skin color, I'm thinking to use GLUTONE1000& EscorZ supplements. Can I use that? Is there any side effects with these. Plz suggest me in r8 way.

Each day after taking a shower I experience itching on the skin, mostly on the covered parts of hand, legs and back. It lasts for 30 to 45 min everyday and afterwards everything becomes normal. I used different soaps and now using KZ soap. I tried using dettol mixed with water after bath. But nothing is really helping me. Am not sure what's the reason but it keeps me pretty disturbed. Kindly provide me a solution.

Had severe hair fall not sure what to do? 300 -500 strands of hair is falling ,hair has become so thin even the scalp is thinning.I am working on food intakes meanwhile my hair is falling, my hameoglobin is 8.2 gm/do,RBC is 3.12 mill/cumm,had mild pco. No thyroid , age is 30. I request experts (doctors) to suggest me oils, shampoo or a serum for application that helps me out. I normally use reetha for hair wash and coconut oil for oiling.

Hi recently I have came across loss of hair more now a days. While washing as well as while combing also..!! Density is going towards low. What would be reason?
