I got rashes in my bikini line area. Itching has caused skin darkening. Is there any way to lighten the skin to normal.

Hello doctors, All of a sudden, 4 weeks back I noticed that I have tiny pimples on both sides above my upper lip and the part is reddish. And till now it has not subsided. The photo doesn't make it look that red, but it is. My skin is normally not prone to any kind of acne other than pimples due to heat which are not of this kind. And this has started to worry me.
