Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hi, I have these recurring boils on both my underarms since I was 14. It stopped in between but since I have turned 18-19 it's continuously happening. I have considered a lot of doctors but everyone says there is no treatment for this. Even medicines don't work. I have good hygiene habits also. Some doctors suggested laser hair treatment but all of them said once it's heals they can do it. But it doesn't heal at all. I am at a stage now where I feel helpless and depressed, my work is also getting affected. Any suggestions?

I have some scratches on hand. When I woke up in morning. I found this type scratches on my hand. I do not have have Animals. Is it serious things ?? What's treatment?

Irritation found all over body,and swelling on upper lip..when ever,i take medicine..it gradually disappear..and again occur after few day..all over body itching, like.. hand,belly face etc

I have been suffering from scrotum ichiness from last 8 months. There is no rash there is nosores. I did all std tests . My report is negative. If i use any cream like candid or anything referred for fungal infection it only works for 2 days and itching starts. When air is there i feel comfortable. When i use my underwear i feel itchy . Hi doctor. I am 25 years old female having pimple and acne in my face. It is spreading from cheeks to forehead. It laters form redness and settled as dark spot throught the face. I am suffering from this issue every month. I want to clear my face all time. My skin type is dry skin. I am not having habit of using any beauty care products. Using only soap to wash my wash twice a day. Suggest any skin care products for regular usage to avoid and prevent this.

Should I wash off the steroid cream before applying moisturizer or apply moisturizer over the steroid cream?

I got a keratin treatment and switched to sulfate free shampoo in feb 2021. Gradually my hair (esp scalp) started becoming worse. The hairfall increased, scalp has become super itchy and flaky. Their are buildups on the scalp and it feels uneasy till I scrape them out. It hurts also. Which shampoo/products should I use that can resolve these. Also if any medication would be required. (My hair is naturally frizzy and wavy and dry).
