Hello. Its been 17 years I am suffering from reoccurring skin condition. The skin on my fingers, feets and ankle are dry flaky and itchy. Some say its eczema. It is now spreading and getting bigger (image attached). Please suggest me a sustainable solution to my problem. I have had enough of steroid which covers the ailment temporarily. I had diagnosed with folliculitis (which is treated and gone now) and mild hair loss but a doctor recommended 5% minoxidil which i used for only 5 days as my hair fall too much due to this but even after 2 months, my hairs are falling , does these fallen hair come back? Or this hair fall is permanent as i lost many of my hairs and it is not stopping .
