Shud I apply shampoo daily on oily scalp
Hi, I am going thru heavy hairfall these days. Please help me to sustain my remaining hairs. I have oily scalp and very thin hairs. I have got baldness on temples and frontal hairline.   I shampoo my hairs daily without oiling as if I don't do shampoo one day, my scalp gets itchy.     Should I use conditioner too after shampoo?    Should I use Hair oil or not. If yes then, how many times a week? I used minoxidil 1 year back for 15 days which led to more hairfall, so I stopped using it. I am too frustrated with this hairfall now. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME!

Treatment depends on the grade..You are suffering from hormonal changes causing Androgenetic alopecia causing hair fall. It's completely stoppable even regrowth of hair is possible with certain medications without any side effects. Treatment depends on the grade of hair loss. So, it's a must for diagnosing which grade, you are in for an effective treatment. Please  send photos of your head, by direct online consultation for accurate diagnosis and proper treatment.

Balding is continous process just like aging. The treatment can vary from simple minoxidil to hair transplant surgery. Conditioners maintain hydration of hair shaft, it has nothing to do with your scalp. There is no wrong in using it if your hair looks dry. I suggest you not to stop minoxidil and visit a hair specialist near by so they start you on anti androgen to prevent further progression of Balding
