Question abt a problem
My ora mucosa has dark pigmentation which has been stated as normal by multiple dentist and ents, but i see that initially it started in right buccal mucosa, then left, now it's spreading in upper labial mucosa. I have been prescribed kenacort, caziq everything but they seem not to work after stopping them. Wherever the pigmentation is there roughness is felt like if its wounded and dried, small tiny tiny dot dot type feeling. Is this OLP? I dont smoke nor do i use tobacco. M 25, and i dont have any burning or itching sensation, area above the parotid gland feels rough similarly and rough.. Please help me. And 1 more question please, Will increase in melatonin cause keratosis(or whatever that roughness is called?)
