Pico Laser for dark spots / pigmentation
I'm currently doing laser hair removal. And I wanted to get rid of this dark spots and pigmentation on my face and neck. The doc in the clinic where I'm doing LHR suggested Pico Laser.
I wanted to be sure before doing it. Would Pico Laser help in my case? Is it safe for me? Is there anything else I need to be careful abt?

This is an uneven skin which requires fractional co2 for resurfacing and more of DPN which requires Surgical CO2.
Once that is done can do pico for pigmentation part

Yes Pico laser is for pigmentation and tattoo removal. But do you need that treatment for this? Actually this looks more of freckles and lentigens, and that can he treated without laser by topical creams and chemical treatment. But for priscribing that we need proper examination and history.
