I Shall Deem It As A Great Favour If You Help Me With My Query.
I am Looking for yag laser dark lips treatment but i have heard results are not permanent.Are Results Temporary For All Cases?If i Quit Smoking(I Smoke Once In a month right now),Stop lip licking,apply lip balm with SPF.then will the results will stay forever?Please Help and answer my question accordingly :)....if there any other permanent treatment for same let me know

You can try laser for few sittings. It may help in pigmentation. But recurrence is something no one can gaurantee. Lip balm with SPF is essential. You should stop picking the lips. Also get your hemoglobin checked. Chemical peels can also help in lip pigmentation.
