My scalp ia covered with dandruff flakes .what to do. And my hairs are becoming grey.some time blood is also coming from mu scalp when I removed dandruff

I am having a continuous hairfall recently,even while working from home. Earlier they used to be strong. Now they have even become very thin. Previously I used to wear helmet to travel to office. But that's now stopped since 1.5 year back. Tried various home remedies like massaging head before sleep, low use of shampoos, aloe vera etc. There's no one in family who has  baldness history.
