Hi dr. I want to ask that bromhidrosis can be cure by applying ice or suthol on armpits after bathing?

After covid recovery I have tremendous hair fall . Kindly suggest me good shampoo and hair oil to prevent hair fall. I'm already taking protein diet. So plz suggest me any good shampoo. I'm 20 yrs old.

My age is 32 years female.I am facing heavy hair fall since 4-5 years.Consulted dermatologist took iron medicine and lotion for applying on hair..Used for 5-6 Months in that period hair fall was less but when again left hair fall increased again..what should be the reason.

In the area marked and exactly the same size as the white line(thin), theres a swelling around the pigmentation(it maybe OLP as i have pigmentation symmetrical in buccal mucosa), but my question is about the swelled nerve, when i touch it i can feel pulse on it, is it OLP or something else? And please tell me the cause for this kind of swelling, no pain itching or anything, little stinging was there though this evening for few minutes

I have bald patches on my scalp; mostly on the back of my scalp. i've been diagnosed with folliculitis multiple times in the last one year. i have bumps as well on the back of my scalp and the bald patches seem to be getting worse. what can be this due to and what line of treatment should i consider? i have attached a photo for reference.

My daughter is 10 yr old and she developed a brownish spot on her left cheek a month back, She was absolutely fine and has no other problem of any kind, The spot is approximately 1 cm, it has a smooth texture, not increasing not decreasing. It is roughly oval in shape. Now could u plz help me with that?
