My wife age 32 years have too much moles on body a count more than 50 but all moles are normal in shape. Is this normal or i need to worry about skin disorder or any kind of cancer?

Hello doctors, All of a sudden, 4 weeks back I noticed that I have tiny pimples on both sides above my upper lip and the part is reddish. And till now it has not subsided. The photo doesn't make it look that red, but it is. My skin is normally not prone to any kind of acne other than pimples due to heat which are not of this kind. And this has started to worry me.
