Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

My armpits smell are going worse day by day. Even after taking bath within 5 mins i get sweating and within 15 mins its get smelly and till evening its to get to worse. Is it symptoms of some disease?Please tell me what to do?

Dear doctors, I get painful blisters which start with a pin point n then slowly area turns red and size increases to a thumb and then the area is painful and swollen . And after 5-6 days when it is filled with pus it drains out . It is very painful and I loose lot of energy

I am facing this problem from a while. I have consulted a doctor online and he prescribed me to use the medicated shampoo and a solution too. It's been 10 days, I noticed a slight difference but the dandruff type skin is still there in the scalp and I loose around 30 to 50 hair daily .. how can I cure it permanently and faster as I am loosing my hair so much.. And please tell that the hair I am loosing in this situation can be grown back normally as I loose my hair density too.
