Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Can azelaic acid cause post-inflammatory hypo-pigmentation? I use 20% azelaic acid with 4% niacinamide for my acne. I also use retin-a micro 0.04%.

I am facing some itching in all the time in my skin in short intervals. In the joints also like elbows and on face too.

I have sever white dry flakes forming in hair and after consulting many docs it's of no use. Along with it I have skin rashes which come and disappear.

Can neutrogena sunscreen can cause cancer ? As i have been using it from couple of year and recently heard about that it is loaded with chemical. So is it safe for me to use this sunscreen still ?
