Hi Doctor, I have got a rash on upper part of thigh, and it's paining but not much itchy. It is there since four days and not reducing. Kindly help what it is and is it serious ? Kindly advise. Attached pic for reference. Thanks in advance

I was suffering with mild to moderate acne,so I went for a dermatologist and he recommended me adapalene gel(derma ms gel) and a face wash with antibiotics, which seems to have a good result of reducing acne.But I have dark spots due to acne ,so can I try melacare cream (2%hydroquinone) for dark spots by using melacare regularly at night and on some day adapalene gel for acne .

Hello Doctor, Hope you are doing well! Firstly I have a rough hair, slight dandruff. I always have much more hairfall all the time when ever I comb my hair or keep the hair open. Apart from this I also have few white hairs and it keep itching a lot. Secondly I have a oily skin due to due to which I'm have got spots and pimples in my face. Kindly suggest. Regards, Rinku Shaw

Sir I was facing acne problem too much approx 5 year ago. But 2 big acne coverted drak spot on my skin near the eye. I consulted many doctors but they are not telling me why this happened?. The dark spot is dead skin. Its on my face for more than 5 years. This is not nomal dark spot. The skin is dead. Please check the pic also. Please tell me why this happened and what is the solution for this , i want to remove this circle.

I asked a pharmacist to give me something for wrinkles and he gave me clindamycin and nicotinamide gel by clingel. However, it says this is for pimples acne and bacterial infections. I only use clean and clear face wash and rose water on my face. I have had pimples in my teenage but not now. I have oily skin and as I am turning 30 this year I am seeing wrinkles around my eyes and forehead and it's bothering me now. I feel some hardness like thorns on the chin and nose. My pores are getting larger. Please advise.
