Can I use kz lotion over nyt on scalp for powdery type dandruff my derma suggested me to apply over nyt  .. any plz suggest I'm so much confused...

I'm having dull skin with no glow. Its looking life less . I was having no active acne but there is some marks and scar left. I have oily skin

Density of my hair is losing and hair is turning thin. I need more dense hair and strong/thick hair as my hair was before.

It's been more than one year , I am experiencing major hairfall . I run my fingers through hair and bunch of hair comes in my hand from root , whole length comes out from root like anything . I have genetically thick hair maybe that's the reason why I am not bald till now , otherwise I would have lost all my hair till now. I also used expensive products , expensive hair oils , expensive medicines but nothing worked . I also have stressful life but that doesn't mean it should come out in chunks like that . Please suggest something .

From yesterday I had swollen lips and I used Vaseline on them but today when I woke up my lower lip was double its size. I can't really speak and it pains when I touch my lips. I had taken my covid vaccination a few days earlier. Also I ate an egg after 3- 4 years (is it a food allergy ) Please suggest something.
