Acne or pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Medication will depend on the intensity and the type of flaking over the scalp. Also acme will have to be taken care of separately as it get exacerbated with the Seborrheic. Consult a Dermatologist fort he same.
