Seborrheic Dermatitis is not something that can be treated ones for two weeks and then completely cured. The treatment has to go on until you are reactive tendency persists. This can go on for months or sometimes with a low dosage and just lotion application even for a year. You can use Salsa KT lotion as shampoo for now. But you need to get your scalp properly examined to know whether the excessive flaking is because of seborrheic dermatitis or an inflammatory condition like psoriasis.
