Acne and Scars
Hello Doc ,
I keep getting acne all over my face and also there is redness which increases a little when i go out in the sun.
My dermatologist has suggested clear gel and Nilac A gel for this.
Will this make any difference? It always keeps coming back.
Please note : I am an obese person
Can you suggest anything?? This looks very bad on me and this spoils my look. Images attached. Pls check and revert.

Acne is a complex disease with multiple factors like genetics, hormones, diet, drugs, cosmetics, sunlight, etc contributing to it.
