Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Dear Doctor's, My father is getting skin rashes randomly on body sometimes which are bit itchy and seems reddish. I have attached photograph. He was not having any allergy. This sometimes comes and goes on its own. Can you please guide on what's the exact issue? Thanks in advance.

I have been diagnosed with sensitive scalp, and my dermatologist has recommended me to use Keraglo lotion to cure dandruff and sensitive scalp, and he has asked me to use any mild shampoo, but I don't know which one to use, can any doctor please suggest me which shampoo is mild for sensitive scalp and would not strip off excess oil and not make my hair frizzy or over dry?

Have consulted doctor Ashalatha, as per prescribed medicines m using it, but pimples are agrabated like anything, unable to bear it.

I have lumps in my hand. Some lumps are inside the skin like fat lumps. I have lost my appetite. I lost 2 kg. I had this problem for  3 years but it used to get cured its own  but it has been more than a few days now. I am diabetic. The attached photo funsi has no puSs

I am facing pimple and acne problem sinces 3 months Is due to ciggerate?? I started 5 month before??

Sir on wearing a tight helmet ,skin close to eyes stretched forcily that it caused burning like sensation and irritation in skin so my query is would it have caused permanent stretching of skin or any permanent damage??

Dear doctor I am , 39 yrs now. Recently I had a gum issue I took painkillers as required (during pain)for 3 weeks. But my concern is I am getting itchy mainly at night. Pls suggest treatment or further action. Regards Prashanth
