Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

My 3 year old son has developed sudden brown spots one in leg and the other 2 spots in lower abdomen area.Have attached photos

Hi , I have cheek redness whenever I step outside or have driven for a while in the sun . I have been using sunscreen regularly . I feel have got sunburn n cheek irritation due to sterilise creme applied . Now I can feel my cheek is slight irritated n have burning sensation on n off . After taking bath also some peeling can be seen . I haven't been applying any cosmetics as I want the skin yo heal . Visited few dermatologist who told me to wait it out . Are there any remedies to take care of the redness ? Meanwhile I only apply photostable sunscreen . Nothing else to minimise skin irritation. Thanks

Swollen near the pubic part and it is painful. It's been around 15-20 days now. I got ringworm 2-3years back but after taking medication didn't get any.

I started using a 0.3% retinol serum once a week around 40-50 days ago and switched the frequency gradually to once every 5 days and two weeks ago to on every third day. Since then, I have started getting acne (was not experiencing any two weeks ago). The acne don't seem to be getting better and one of them grew very big and painful and now is a huge dark bump near my mouth. Is there anything I can do to treat this bump or will it go away eventually? Also, should I reduce the frequency of usage or continue at the same pace? Thanks

My skin is very dry and sensitive after every wash. It pains on touching. I've started using baby lotion for my face skin to moisturize and wash face with Cetaphil Oily Skin Cleanser because other products cause acne and extreme oil. Is there any good moisturizer that can help me? (Skin type: Oily to combination skin)
