I have severe acne issues. My face is full of acne scars and active acne keeps on coming since 2020. Since i have to put makeup everyday for 12-14hrs , i am unable to take proper treatment! Also i have PCOD.

I was diagnosed male pattern baldness approx 40 days ago by a dermatologist And was prescribes topical minoxidil 5% solution Redenser serum and a tablet of finasteride named finabald Currently I am unable to find finabald tablet anywhere as its substitute I came across a tablet named finstox... Can i use finstox 1 mg in place of finabald 1 mg. Someone please confirm!! If not then please suggest some alternatives to finabald as its Currenty unavailable almost everywhere...
