My son is facing serious dandruff

My son is facing serious dandruff issue. With red patches and itching. Some times small small blisters. We have used different anti dandruff products, shampoos but it is not completely going. Need your support. How to reduce this problem for my son

I have not mentioned age / what all u r applying/ what all u have done / have u consulted any dermatologist… so we need history to go further regarding the treatment…

In picture there is nothing conclusive....it might be seborrehic dermatitis... kindly Consult online for proper prescription
