I have been suffering from excessive hairloss and thinning of hairline since 2 years, as I have oily scalp I am unable to continue with treatment that includes oil. My hairs are straight and silky rough on the edges, i have never used any keratin treatment or any colour etc .. not even heat treatment. No white hairs, dandruff in winters specially. I am having acne with peep on my face and slowly its spreading. On consultation, doctor gave me some homeopathy medicine and told to wash face with gram flour and milk. Also my all blood tests reports are normal but deficiency of b12 and d3 is there. For b12 i am taking injections and for d3  I am taking the sachet. Also I am having hairfall problem(little dandruff is also there ) But it's not working. The condition is same as before. What should I do now?
