What's the treatment for sebacious cyst on scortum i have them since some months my doc said no medicine is there pls tell what's the treatment risk and whom to contact for it

Hi, I have very dry skin and I got a sebum near my private area. I tried to squeeze and remove it but it couldn't get out, rather the skin has formed above it now it doesn't have any opening. I usually get tar-like soft sebum near my private area, earlier I had removed such type sebum by squeezing. So now, how can I remove it?  Will it have an opening again in some time by itself or there need to do small surgery by cutting the skin and taking it out?

Doctor I keep on getting lots of acne and painful inflammation and redness on my face every now and then. I get bloated often and puffiness my face. I also get burned pretty easy in the sun. I contacted a dermatologist and she recommended omnacortil 30 and flutivate ointment and some other skincare items. I do heal while I'm having the medicine but the moment I stop, it all comes back. Please suggest me something. I'm feeling lost here. Should I get myself diagnosed for something specifically? I hardly wear makeup like 5-6 days per month and I have a combination - sensitive skin type. I haven't experimented with my face in any way recently. I am still using the same products I have used all my life. Just having a hard time understanding why this is suddenly happening and what am I doing wrong?

She had 1:2 vdrl in dilution and 153 was tpha she took two doses of penicillin and retested after 3 month it is 1:16 vdrl in dilution and 149 tpha.What does it mean we very confused..she dont have any symptoms. And i am non-reactive both the times.
