Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have oily skin with open pores, having cystic and pus pimples on my face...have pimple marks also...

Since last year April I was taking tablets creams and everything for pimples on my face I took tablets for almost a 9-10 months I had complete clear skin May I shifted to London .. I came back due to health issues to India .. I forgot to get my face wash that's Emolene so I used dove soap to wash my face for 2-3 days .. I donno if that affected my face or something else ... attaching pics pleasee let me know if it will go or should I go again to my doctor to consult .. I'm travelling back day after tomorrow and won't come back to India .. my pimples now are very tiny ones Pleasee let me know what they are will it go or not bcuz I don't have time for consultations now as I'm travelling back

I delivered baby girl on 15 June . For past 2 weeks I am seeing lot of hairfall when I comb or have head bath and also when I don't do anything . I am really worried . What shampoo do I need to use to stop hairfall
