Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I developed these bumps 6 months back. They are painless, non itchy and don't bother me. These are dark brown in color and are pesent on both of my upper thighs.

Can I apply sun screen on aqua soft cream? Will dark circle and black patches will go away? How many days

Two spots have been developed near ankles which we were itchy and produces white flaky and subsequently turns to blackish. Now there are 10 spots which were developed in the last 6 months. Initially it develops as a small blister, when it scratched it oozes a liquid like substances and turns to whitish black flaky irregular shaped blisters which were stays like that if haven't scratched.

These scars are years old and i want to know which method will be best to remove them and how many sessions would be appropriate for the same

I'm suffering from my whole skin The colour of my back and hands are fully different from my other body . Because of this I feel awkward I'm unable to wear a sleeveless dress. Kindly tell me why my back has a darker colour I had never worn backless or something and suggested some soap or something so that I can apply it. Thanks
