Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hello doctor, I am feeling a small lump under my left armpit. While pressing it hurts, but i am not clear about the cause. Please suggest what to do and is it any serious condition?

I have rashes since 6 days. It started with my arm, but has started to spread to my other arms. Neck, and waist. It looks like multiple red tiny bumps less than 1cm. It has mild itching but it comes and goes. What should i do? Im not particularly allergic to anything. This has not happened even with dust. Neither are there bed bugs on my bed or other furniture.

I've seen a sharp increase in the number of grey hairs on my head. How to stop these as I'm only 25 years old? Is there any way to reverse the greying of hair? Is it has something to do with my lifestyle  or my eating habits? Someone please answer.
