Boil on elbow past 1 week. Little bit of pain present. Pus coming out. Only on one elbow. Was applying betadine. But little bit of redness is present. What is this please help.

I have lost a lot of hair over the last 3 years, especially on the front corners. I found information on the internet and started using Minoxidil 5% and Biotin tablets since January 2023, but I haven't seen any significant results. I'm considering stopping these products, but I've learned that if I discontinue them, hairfall might be started . Therefore, I'm seeking natural remedies.
