Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Keep getting this infection on my left hand. Any ointment? Is it a fungus infection I'm not sure how it happened and what could be the precaution?

I m suffering from Butt Acne. I keep it clean, take shower after sweating, wear loose cotton dress. And have started to use Lacne soap for two weeks. But what medicine like cream/serum should I use to get rid of Butt Acne and dark spot?

Hi Doc I'm getting Rashes all over body one after another. It's quite itchy. It goes after applying Bentonite cream but appears at some other place. I have attached the pic. Would you please let me know it it's rashes or something else.

I noticed from the past few weeks that I have some itching in my palm and on my feet as well, and after itching, I noticed there are some markes as well(dead skin). I think I have some elargic issues with something aur plz help me solve this thing bcz it is very frusting my now.

My skin is very dry from my birth...if I don't apply anything especially in winters my skin gets too dry and it pains because of dry ness...if I apply body lotion or oil my skin accepts them for only few days and it becomes softer but after few dates it starts rejecting them even if I apply oil or lotion my skin feels the same feels dry and rough...my whole body is very dry...and if I don't apply anything for long term my skin show pattern of drought little bit and rough white Is it xerosis or eczema or something else???
