Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Its been more than 3 years , one of my nail is growing white and it partially grows white, please see the picture, Can you please let me know what could be problem, the white part is easily breakable.

I have dark spots in between breast brwon in color feels scaly. Ovcured last year i treated them with itraconazole and clotrimazole. They repccured in may i treated them with flucanazole.
