Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I had a hair transplant a month ago and now on finasteride tablets as suggested by my doctor for one year. I am noticing pulsation throughout my body and heart palpitations mostly noticeable at night or when I'm calm and doing nothing. I asked my doctor and he said it's not related to any medication or the surgery itself. I had my Echo, ECG and chest x ray done all showing as normal. There is no pain as such but just my entire day is focused on those pulsations. I had a similar issue 2 years ago and it randomly vanished after a couple of  days. This time it's been more than 15 days. Is it really in my head as anxiety or should I go for some more tests. Please advice.

Dr I have super oily skin in summers , one of dermatologist suggested me moisturizer for it but now it's time for winter and I feel little dry skin in winters plss suggest some good moisturizer without harmful chemical and fragrance for acne prone skin

My husband has been having a painless red cyst on his wrist for almost 7 months now. He had got one prior years ago on his leg which went away on its own however this particular one is growing in size. It looks like a pimple with rough texture on top. Please help
