I have xanthalesma on my both eyelids. Consulted doctors and got it removed via chemical peel as well as laser twice . But it again appears within 2months. Please suggest best doctor to get it removed permanently.

Despite using various creams, such as Clobenate GM and Lulifin Cream, the issue tends to recur after some time. The affected area is primarily only on my hip and high hip line.
