I have a small hairless area on the back of my head. It's like a small circle. Could you please help and let me know what is this? and how I can treat it?

My lips are getting dried out very quickly, even if I apply Vaseline, after some time my lips dry out. It looks very bad when it gets dry out. I have to peel the dried-out skin from my lips every day, Please help me with it I drink water sufficient to keep hydrated but it has been happening to me for so many years. I have noticed 1thing is that after I brush my teeth and wash my mouth afterwards it quickly starts to dry out.

9years girl baby suffering with eczema on both arms and stomach,no discharge.itching is present.so what medication will start . please suggest me

I have an allergy and with eliminating probable causes, doctor narrowed down to 2. Doctor said allergic contact dermatitis and that it has started to spread locally on other parts of my body. I have stopped all contacts with both materials and have been prescribed antihistamine and lotions. Even after taking the tablet, I feel itchy all over.  1. Does the itching stop after few days of dosage or does it stop immediately?  2. How do we find the root cause in case it was missed?

I had eczema in my left feet. After taking ointments. The itching got reduced, now again after 3 months I feel itchy in the same spot where it got healed. How to manage this. Do i need to use any specific soaps, moisturizer. Please help. Attaching pictures of the healed site but again starts itching now.
