Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I got some tiny dots on right hand and on forehead. It's not always itchy but sometimes It get itchy

Actually, I'm facing itchiness all over my face since many days, I don't know why this is happening to me...also I got marks on my face recently and also I got marks on my hands, legs and shoulders too.. a month ago I have visited a dermatologist nearby my area... I used to think before that my skin is dry in sensitive but the doctor told me that my skin is oily and very sensitive... I told her about my condition that my skin is getting very much itching nowadays and also I've a lot of tanning on my face...also I'm getting more facial hairs then I was having before...so she wrote me medications named as, ECAVITAM SERUM, AKMASQ, DESOWEN LOTION, TECZINE TAB, ZEMPRED TAB...but none of them worked for me...what should I do now?? Should I visit to her back or should I change my doctor??

I am having armpit swelling with some rashes. I feel like a lump there. It's painful. Suggestions needed.

I am a sikh male 42 , i am having itching due to dandruff in scalp. I want some lotion for daily use without need to wash hair daily as i wash hair once in a week. I used Topisal but it is steroid, also lulix lotion which is not effective. I want non steroid lotion for daily use.

Itching in buttock, spreading over buttock and thighs , even not able to sit properly. Don't know whether to consult a dermatologist or gastroenterologist. Please guide for the same as well.

Male, Age-28. Weight- 86kg,Height-169cm. No diebetes, No thyroid,liver, ferritin issue. My face is getting fully dark ever since I hit puberty, including under arm and groin area. I already went to 2,3  dermatologist they just say to apply suncreen every 2 hours,and give skin brightening cream which doesn't work I even went to Endocrinologist he thought it's because of insulin resistance,he told to do ferritin, CBC,liver and diebetes tests which were all normal. And told not to come back since everything is fine. Please help me find answers about darkness of face. Can it be hormonal imbalance, which tests should be done for that? Please.

Hello... my husband has developed these rashes on the left side of the body yesterday.. they are itchy in nature .. He was down with throat pain and cold and the very next day got these rashes..also there is a small blood spot also very small ( pic attached with yellow circle) He has taken azithromycin, cinnarest and Allegra... Anything to worry about

I have developed this hard patch on both foot same place. Im confused if its corn or not since there is no tip or pain. Please help.
