Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Please tell me what is this in my chest area ..earlier it was two now it looking like one .it is by birth but after my delivery 3 years ago it is looking like little big in size is it cancer.please guide? It is less than 4mm and colour is red .

I am having a wart on my forehead and one of the doctor suggested me to apply salicylix SF6 ointment on the wart so I wanna know that will it leave any scar on my face ? And is it safe to use on face or should I opt for laser treatment?
