I am using accutret tablets ... Regularly I am using sunscreen also  here I have a doubt that morning at 8.am I am applying sunscreen then 11 am I will apply sunscreen at 1 pm I will go for lunch in office in terrace  in between I don't have time to apply sunscreen so I am going like that will it affect my skin ...

No if you are reapplying your sunscreen along with moisturiser as you have mentioned then there won’t be a problem. I hope you are taking accutret as prescribed by your dermatologist and under medical supervision.
