Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I recently started using demalen cream at night ,  almost 2 weeks now. Week one I used 2 times, week 2 i used 3 times with gap. i am noticing my skin is having a breakout and lot of pimples coming . Should I continue using it? Will this subside slowly along with regular use? Or should I completely stop it? I am using requil oil free moisturzer along with this. Please help . Thank you.

I've been suffering from jock itch for quite a few months now on the inner thighs and having tried the antifungal ointments, powder and even antifungal tablets, nothing has helped.
