I'm facing acne problem from the age of 14. I took treatment for that too and it got reduced. But now I'm facing many big pores and some acne. My face looks oily. Help me to get rid of these problems permanently.

Toe nail has thickened and growing upwards, white crumbly, and I'm not sure if it's thickened, skin or nail within so I m careful not to cut directly, microscopy of nail clippings 1year ago showed fungus with hyphae. I have used fungal meds and  continue lacquer 2 plus years, but it has gotten worse, is there any treatment for nail other that topical or pills Please see pic , the inside part is softer, is this nail or skin, is this common and will it ever be back to normal Thanks for your time!
