Everyday only after 6pm itching on legs and hands and then skin becomes red and little blood also comes. I apply caladryl.plz suggest why it is happening and what should i do for it. I dont want paid consultation. Sorry in advance.plz revert.thanks

Hi plese check the photo it is my left leg  thigh in that thigh i have a dark spot is there i have it from childhood But i never care about it due to poor in financial i dont go to doctor and i have same dark spots in my left hand arm but less compare to thigh I want to know what are that dark spots and how to cure ? Two days ago i had slight itching on my thumb below my nails...next day it looks like a rash on one side and two small blisters...its is painfull and itching is less now as i applied calamine lotion...pls advice as wat is this and wat can i apply to ease the pain...i have attched the pic how it was one day before and now.am a house wife am trying much not to put ny hands in water but its not completely possible it wil be helpful if u prescribe any ointment. Actually I have been went through 3 sittings of GFC . Last GFC session completed on July 18th. I also having vitamins b12,d3,iron very low and I didn't use those tablets regularly but I am using minoxidil daily since last 4 months.Even though I am not seeing any visible results on hair .there no hair regrowth I can clearly seeing the scalp.can I know what's the reason behind that ?
