Hi Doctors, Attached is the pic of rashes it has appeared suddenly and noticed just now. Although it looks like some insects bite or something. Would you please guide me? What is it? As no doctors are available now, what should be the course of action for now. Should we go to doctor now?

Hi, My nephew who is staying in Michigan, US has suddenly got an allergic reaction in the last 2-3 days. He has a swollen face with dried and cracked skin as well as rashes all over the body. My sister got him checked and he was diagnosed to have a Strep throat infection. He has all the symptoms of scarlet fever like stomach and body pain.
