Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

There is an itching on the skin on my shoulder. There is no pain and I am applying moisturizer. I feel itching from the last 2-3 weeks.

How can i reduce pigmentation in my underarms and on my neck. It so looks bad specially the neck one.

This is a spot that i got after a minor accident. Pls suggest me a lotion/ Cream to vanish this spot.

My acne continue into post teenage, and there rarely are days when I don't have acne. My acne usually show up around my nose area, and between eye brows, like in a T shape. I rarely have breakout anywhere else. My skin is prone to being oily. I use pimple fighting facewash everyday, but for some reason, no matter what I do, I keep getting pimples back. When I need to be presentable and there is an annoying pimple on my face, I pop it and wash my face to not let the pimple content anywhere else on my face, but that causes redness and I feel like I'm poking needles all around my nose area. Sometimes a little bit of bleeding when I pop it, but nothing crazy. I know I should not be popping pimples but sometimes I don't have a choice. I have started to apply 2% granactive retinoid at night now as I heard it heals skin. I noticed minor improvement but nothing substantial. Any suggestions on how I can heal my face with minimal chemicals?

Doctor i have less hair on my crown and my hairline is widened,but i had dense hair in childhood should I do treatment or transplant

Hello doctor. I have been staying in Kolkata since 7+ years but the last few months, I am having a lot of hair loss (more than required) I am actually worried about what the issue is.
